Coconut Milk Powder/grated | 1 tblsp |

Method
- Now add milk and the bread will absorb milk.Keep stirring in slow flame till all milk has been absorbed.This will take about fifteen minutes.Add coconut milk powder or fresh grated coconut.
- Add sugar,stir well and finally add cashews fried in ghee.

- A simple dessert that can be prepared so easily.
- After adding milk continue stirring to avoid burning of milk.
- Fry the coconut in ghee if using fresh grated coconut.
- I used maggi coconut milk powder and I loved the flavour of coconut.
