| Chilli Powder | 1/2 tsp |
| Pepper Powder | 1/4 tsp |
| Salt | to taste |
| Oil | 2 tsp |
| Egg | 2 |
| Mustard Seeds | to splutter |
Cooking Steps
- Heat oil in a pan,splutter mustard seeds,add onion,saute for a while,add finely chopped beans,sprinkle salt,add chilli powder and add little water.Cover this with a lid and cook.
- Now break eggs into this,sprinkle pepper powder and stir well till the eggs are done.
- Add a little salt after adding eggs if needed.
- Goes well with rasam,curd rice...
