Beans Poriyal


IngredientQuantity
Beans300 g
Onion2 tbl sp
Chilli Powder1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder1/4 tsp
Saltto taste
Oil2 tsp
Egg2
Mustard Seedsto splutter

Cooking Steps

  • Heat oil in a pan,splutter mustard seeds,add onion,saute for a while,add finely chopped beans,sprinkle salt,add chilli powder and add little water.Cover this with a lid and cook.
         
  • Now break eggs into this,sprinkle pepper powder and stir well till the eggs are done.
         
Little words
  • Add a little salt after adding eggs if needed.
  • Goes well with rasam,curd rice...
