Ginger garlic paste | 1 tsp each |
Chilli powder | 1/2 tsp |
Garam Masala | 1/4 tsp |
Coriander Powder | 1 tsp |
Cumin Powder | 1/2 tsp |
Turmeric Powder | 1/4 tsp |
Cumin Seeds | to splutter |
Bread Crumbs | 1/4 cup |
Oil | 1 tbl sp |
Salt | to taste |
Cooking Steps
- Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan and splutter cumin seeds.Add onion,ginger garlic paste and saute till brown.
- Now add grated radish/mooli,turmeric powder,coriander powder,chilli powder,cumin powder,garam masala,salt and sprinkle some water ,cover with a lid and cook.
- Take this in a bowl,add mashed potatoes coriander leaves and little salt.
- Make small balls,flatten them between your palms and roll them in bread crumbs.
- Instead of grated mooli,boiled and mashed mooli can also be used.
- Children who don't like radish are sure to love this.
