Cooking Steps
- Now add onions,grated ginger,crushed garlic and fry till raw smell goes off.Add tomatoes and saute till tomato becomes mushy.
- Add paprika,coriander powder,cumin powder and mix them well.Then add fried lamb pieces.
- Add water and salt and pressure cook for four to six whistles.
- Serve with naan,rice...
- A teaspoon of Kashmiri chilli powder can be used instead of paprika.(Paprika gives a unique taste according to me)
- This can be made into a dry gravy as well.Consistency depends on individual taste.
