| Dosa Batter | 2 cups |
| Mushroom | 100 g |
| Onion | 1 |
| Turmeric Powder | 1/4 tsp |
| Chilli Powder | 1/2 tsp |
| Mustard Seeds | 1/4 tsp |
| Coriander Leaves | 2 tblsp |
| Salt | to taste |
| Oil/ghee | as per need |
Cooking Steps
- Heat two teaspoons of oil in a pan,splutter mustard seeds,add onion,saute till they turn pale.Now add chopped mushrooms.
- Add turmeric powder,little salt and chilli powder and saute till mushroom is done.
- Add coriander leaves and add this to the dosa batter and mix well.
- Heat a paniyaram pan,grease with ghee or oil and pour the batter in the moulds.Turn carefully to the other side.
- Serve with coconut chutney or relish it as it is.
- Use ghee or oil as desired.
