Kalan Kuzhi Paniyaram/Mushroom Paniyaram


IngredientQuantity
Dosa Batter2 cups
Mushroom100 g
Onion1
Turmeric Powder1/4 tsp
Chilli Powder1/2 tsp
Mustard Seeds1/4 tsp
Coriander Leaves2 tblsp
Saltto taste
Oil/gheeas per need

Cooking Steps

  • Heat two teaspoons of oil in a pan,splutter mustard seeds,add onion,saute till they turn pale.Now add chopped mushrooms.
       
  • Add turmeric powder,little salt and chilli powder and saute till mushroom is done.
       

  • Add coriander leaves and add this to the dosa batter and mix well.       

  • Heat a paniyaram pan,grease with ghee or oil and pour the batter in the moulds.Turn carefully to the other side.

  • Serve with coconut chutney or relish it as it is.
  • Use ghee or oil as desired.
