Ingredients
Mixed Vegetables - 1& 1/2 cupOnion - 1
Tomato - 2
Pav Bhaji Masala - 2 tblsp
Butter - 2 tsp
Pav Bun - as needed
Coriander Leaves - to garnish
Method
- Melt butter in a pressure cooker,add chopped onions and saute till they become soft.Now add chopped tomatoes followed by the vegetables.Saute this for a while.
- Add pav bhaji masala and required amount of water,close the lid of the pressure cooker and wait for one whistle.
- Once pressure is released transfer to a serving bowl.Meanwhile toast the pav buns with butter.
Little Words
- The choice of vegetables can be varied as desired.Cauliflower and fine beans can be used.
- Squeeze the lemon juice on top and dip the bun in the bhaji and enjoy the heavenly delicious meal.
- Check for salt and if the salt in the pav bhaji masala is not sufficient add little more.
