Ingredients
Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Potato - 1(boiled & mashed)
Cheese - 2 tblsp
Salt - a pinch
Ghee - to brush
Method
- Mix all ingredients except ghee in a mixing bowl.It will become crumbly.
- Add water little by little and knead into a soft dough.Divide this into six equal portions.
- Heat a tawa.Meanwhile take a portion of the dough and spread into a paratha with a rolling pin on a flour dusted work surface.Once the tawa is hot cook the parathas on both sides until golden spots appear.Brush little ghee and serve with any favourite side dish.
