Ingredients
Capsicum - 4
Mushroom - 100 g
Onion - 1
Paneer - 100 g
Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander Leaves - 1 tblsp
Cheese - 1/4 cup
Salt - to taste
Oil - 1 tblsp
Method
- Heat oil in a pan,add chopped onions,little salt and saute till onion becomes soft.Now add the chopped mushrooms and saute for a while.
- Now add the chopped capsicum,salt,cumin powder and chilli powder.Toss them all and add sprinkle little water if needed.Add the paneer pieces and toss them all together.Sprinkle coriander leaves and transfer to another bowl and set aside.
- Rinse the pan and heat a teaspoon of oil.Cut the top portion of capsicum and remove the seeds inside.Now this would look like a cup.Place them in the pan and turn all the sides for about two minutes.
- Now stuff the capsicum cups with the mushroom and paneer and top them with cheese.Cover with a lid and cook on medium flame until the cheese has melted.Serve hot.
