Ingredients
Mushroom - 200 g
Onion - 1
Mustard Seeds - to splutter
Curry Leaves Powder - 1 tsp
Curry Powder - 2 tsp
Fried Gram Powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - a pinch
Coriander Leaves - to garnish
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tsp
Method
- Heat oil in a pan,splutter mustard seeds,add curry leaves,onion and saute till onion becomes soft.Add chopped mushrooms and saute for a few minutes.
- Add turmeric powder,salt and curry powder and give it a mix.
- Add fried gram powder mixed in water to this and curry leaves powder(if using).Let it cook until the mushrooms are done.Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.

- An easy and yummy gravy.
- Instead of curry powder a mixture of coriander powder,cumin powder and garam masala can be used as well.
