Ingredients
Sathu maavu - 1/2 cup
Nuts and Raisins - as desired
Sugar - 2 tblsp
Coconut - 1/4 cup
Milk - 150 mL
Ghee - 1 tblsp
Method
- Heat ghee in a pan and fry the nuts and raisins.Set this aside and in the same pan add the sathu maavu and saute for a while.
- Add sugar,grated coconut and the nuts and raisins and mix well.Add milk and mix well and cool slightly and shape into laddoos of desired size.
