Ingredients
Salmon Fillets - 2
Tomato Ketchup - 1 tblsp
Chilli Powder - 3/4 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tblsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tblsp
Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tblsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - to shallow fry
Method
- Mix tomato ketchup,chilli powder,ginger garlic paste,coriander powder,cumin powder,salt and lemon juice.
- Cut the fish into pieces.You can use any desired variety.
- Apply the masala over the fish pieces and shallow fry till golden brown on both sides.
- Squeeze in some lime juice and serve with onion rings.
