Cooking Steps
- Boil water in a vessel and cook vermicelli till it is tender.Drain and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan,add cardamom,cinnamon,cloves,green chilli,onion,ginger garlic paste and fry till raw smell goes off.
- Now add all the chopped vegetables,turmeric powder and saute for few minutes.Add salt,add little water,cover with lid and cook till the vegetables are done.
- Then add cooked vermicelli and give it a mix.Switch off gas and leave it on for five minutes.Garnish with cashews roasted in ghee and serve.
