Cooking Steps
- Heat oil in a pan,add all the veggies,sprinkle salt and pepper and saute well for a few minutes.
- Now add cooked rice and give it a nice stir.
- Now break in the eggs and once the white settles down,mix it well till the eggs are done.Season with salt and pepper if needed.
- Spring onions can be added for that extra punch.
- An easy way of including all veggies for kids.
