Gram Flour | 4 tblsp |
Rice Flour | 2 tblsp |
Chilli Powder | 1/2 tsp |
Baking Soda/bicarb of soda | a pinch |
Salt | to taste |
Oil | to deep fry |
Cooking Steps
- In a bowl mix all the other ingredients with very little water.Now drain and add the gobi florets into this.Mix well such that the batter coats well over the florets.Drop them in hot oil and fry till golden brown.
- Serve with any sauce or chutney or just plain.
- A good teatime snack.
- The florets would be half cooked in the hot water itself.
