| Urid Dal | 1/4 tsp |

| Coriander Leaves | to garnish |
| Salt | to taste |
| Oil | 2 tsp |
Cooking Steps
- Cut idlis into small pieces.Heat oil in a pan,splutter mustard seeds,urid dal,add curry leaves,green chilli,onion,little salt and saute till onion changes colour.
- Add pudina/mint chutney,maggi chilli sauce and mix them well.
- Now toss in the idli pieces and mix them well.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with coconut chutney or just as it is.
- I prepared this with leftover mint chutney and the taste was too good.
- Add very little salt as there is salt in idli as well as in chutney.
- You can squeeze in some lime juice too while serving.
