Cooking Steps
- Grind sweet corn with half a cup of milk into a paste.Heat ghee in a pan and add the sweet corn paste and add the remaining milk and stir continuously.
- Add sugar when the mixture swirls in the pan and stir well for five more minutes.Sprinkle cardamom powder and garnish with nuts(cashew,almond,pista) fried in ghee.
- You can use fresh or frozen sweet corn.
- A delicious sweet which consumes less sugar.
- Healthy for kids as well.
