| Coriander Leaves | to garnish |

Cooking Steps
- Crumble idli finely.Heat oil in a pan,splutter mustard seeds,urid dal add curry leaves,onion and saute.
- Add tomato,turmeric powder,chilli powder,salt and saute till tomatoes become mushy.Now add crumbled idli,mix it well.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
- I prepared this with leftover idlis.You can make with fresh idli as well.
- Referigerate idli to crumble them finely.
- A tasty upma with leftover idli.
