Cooking Steps
- Break the eggs into a bowl,add salt,pepper powder and beat them well.
- Add onion,carrot,beans,green chilli and mix them well.
- Heat a tawa/skillet and drizzle oil or ghee.Pour a laddle of the egg veggie mix and spread just like you would do for an omlette.
- Roll them carefully,cut them into bite size pieces and enjoy hot.
Little Words
- Avoid green chillies if you are making for kids.Or add chillies later after preparing for kids.
- Let the heat be medium throughout the entire process.
