Spicy Chappathi

Chappathi | 5 |
Tomato | 1 |
Onion | 1 |
Coriander Leaves | to garnish |
Ginger garlic paste | 1 tsp each |
Chilli powder | 1/2 tsp |
Garam Masala | 1/4 tsp |
Pepper Powder | 1/2 tsp |
Turmeric Powder | 1/4 tsp |
Egg | 2 |
Oil | 1 tbl sp |
Salt | to taste |
Lemon juice | to taste |
Cooking Steps
- Cut the chappathis into small pieces.Heat oil in a pan,add onion,ginger garlic paste and fry till golden brown.
- Now add tomato,turmeric powder,chilli powder,garam masala,salt and cook till the tomato becomes mushy.
- At this stage add chappathi and give it a toss.
- Now add egg,pepper powder and mix everything together.Garnish with coriander leaves,squeeze lemon juice and serve.

- Curd raita can be served as an accompaniment.
