Fruity Nutty Rice
Ingredients

| Basmati rice | 1cup(cooked) |
| Almond, cashew, pista | 4 nos each |
| Raisin | 6 nos |
| Dates | 2 nos |
| Grapes | 6 nos(chopped) |
| Apple | 2 slices(chopped) |
| Pomegranate | 1 tbl spn |
| Ghee | 1 tsp |
| Salt | a pinch |
Cooking Steps
- Heat 1 tsp of ghee in a pan and roast the nuts.
- Now add cooked basmati rice and give it a stir.
- Add a pinch of salt and then add all the fruits,give it a toss and fruity nutty rice is ready to eat.
