Cabbage Poriyal
Ingredients
Ingredients | Quantity |
Cabbage | 1cup(grated) |
Large Onion | 1/2 |
Oil | 1 tsp |
Green Chilli | 1 |
Egg | 2 |
Mustard Seeds | 1/8 tsp |
Curry leaves | few |
Salt | to taste |
Cooking Steps
- Heat oil in a pan,splutter mustard seeds,add curry leaves,green chilli and onion.Fry till the onion becomes transparent.
- Add the cabbage,stir well and add salt.Now add water just enough to cook and cover with a lid.
- After ten minutes remove lid and add the egg.Let the white to settle down and then scramble the egg along with the veggie so that it is mixed evenly.
