Ingredients
Carrot - 1
Wheat Flour -1/4 cup
Plain Flour - 1/4 cup
Salt - as required
Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Oil/Ghee - 1 tsp
Method
- Wash and peel the carrot and roughly chop it.Place the chopped carrots in a blender and blend them.Add the flour,salt and chilli powder and knead into a soft dough.Let it rest for ten to fifteen minutes.
- Make small balls and roll into chappathis on a floured surface and cook on both sides till brown spots appear.Apply ghee or oil and turn both sides.Serve with any favourite side dish.
