Ingredients
Baguette - 8 slices
Butter - 30 g
Garlic - 4
Coriander Leaves -2 tsp
Method
- Melt butter and add grated or finely crushed garlic to it.Add finely chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Apply this on both sides of the baguette slices and bake for about twelve minutes or until golden brown colour in a preheated oven at 180 degrees c.
Little Words
- I have used partly baked white baton.
- Perfect with a cup of warm soup.
- Regular bread can be used as well and toasted on a tawa on low flame.
