Ingredients
Badam/Almond - 1/4 cup
Milk - 2 cup
Saffron - few strands
Sugar - 2 tblsp
Method
- Soak almonds for an hour and peel off the skin.Grind it to a paste with little milk.
- Boil milk in a pan and add the saffron strands to it.Simmer the milk and when it has reduced to 3/4 th of its volume add the badam paste and mix well.Now keep stirring for another five to ten minutes.Now add sugar and mix well.Let this cool slightly and then transfer to serving bowls.Referigerate and garnish with finely chopped almonds and serve.
