Ingredients
Peanuts - 1 cup
Coriander Seeds - 2 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tblsp
Red Chilli - 4
Salt - to taste
Method
- Dry roast all the ingredients.
- Cool them and grind into a slightly coarse powder and store in an airtight container.
Little Words
- If desired rub off the skin of the peanuts between your palms.
- Garlic cloves can be added if desired.
- Serve with hot rice with ghee drizzled on top.
- Add few more chillies to get the original fiery red hot colour.
