Ingredients
Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Gram Flour - 1/2 cup
Methi Leaves - 1 cup(chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2tsp
Chilli Powder - 3/4 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
Ajwain - 1/4 tsp
Yoghurt - 1/2 cup
Salt - to taste
Oil/ghee - to grease
Method
- Take all the ingredients from wheat flour to salt in a mixing bowl.
- Make a soft dough.Add little water as the moisture in the methi leaves would be sufficient to some extent.
- Make small balls,roll into chappathis and cook on both sides drizzling ghee /oil in a hot tawa.Serve with raita and pickle or any chutney of choice.
