Ingredients
Carrot - 2
Ginger - 1"piece
Cinnamon - 1"piece
Pepper Powder - to taste
Salt - to taste
Cream/Yoghurt - to garnish
Method
- Take grated carrot,ginger and cinnamon stick in a pan and add little water and cook till the carrot is done.

Let it cool slightly and blend it in a blender.Then pour it back in the pan and heat it again.Add freshly ground pepper and salt.Serve it with a drizzle of fresh cream or plain yoghurt.
