Ingredients
Baby Spinach - 200 g
Potato - 2(peeled & chopped)
Onion - 2 tblsp
Cumin - to splutter
Salt - to taste
Pepper Powder - to taste
Oil - 2 tsp
Method
- Heat oil in a pan,splutter cumin seeds,add the onions and fry till onions are transparent.Now add the potatoes chopped into small pieces and saute for a while.Add salt and sprinkle water and cover with a lid and cook.
- Once the potatoes are cooked add pepper powder and the chopped spinach and give it a toss.Add little more pepper powder if desired and serve along with rice.
