Ingredients
Raspberry - 3/4 cup
Lemon Juice - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Method
- Puree the raspberries and strain in a sieve or filter with fine mesh.
- Meanwhile add 2 cups of water to sugar and heat until sugar dissolves.Let it cool.
- Once sugar solution has cooled combine raspberry puree,sugar solution and lemon juice and adjust water as desired and serve.
