Ingredients
Chappathi - 5
Gram Flour - 1 cup
Rice Flour - 2 tblsp
Chilli Powder - 3/4tsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Salt - as required
Oil - to deep fry
Method
- Mix all the ingredients from gram flour to salt with water to a thick bajji batter.
- Cut the chappathis into pieces of desired size.Dip the chappathi pieces in bajji batter and gently drop into hot oil and fry till golden colour.Place them on a kitchen towel to remove any excess oil if present.Serve plain or with any chutney.
