Ingredients
Idli Batter - 1 cup
Cocoa Powder - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 2 tblsp
Method
- Mix cocoa powder and sugar to the idli batter.Grease an idli plate with oil and pour the batter into the idli moulds.Steam cook for ten to twelve minutes.Insert a skewer and when it comes out clean the idlis are done.Serve with honey or whipped cream or even as such with little more sugar.
