Casssava - 2
Salt - to taste
Chilli Powder - to taste

- Bring a large pan of salted water to boil.Meanwhile cut the cassava into halves and peel the skin with the help of a knife.Make a slit and then carefully run the knife to take off the skin.
- Place the cassava in boiling water for about ten to twelve minutes and then remove and let cool slightly.Then cut them into finger length pieces of about a cm in thickness.
- Now fry them in hot oil till they are golden brown in colour,drain on a paper towel and sprinkle salt and chilli powder.
