Eggless Ragi Cake

Servings:12

Ingredients

Ragi Flour        - 1 cup
Wheat Flour     - 1 cup
Oil                   - 3/4 cup
Curd                 - 1 cup
Sugar                - 1&1/2 cup
Baking Powder   - 1 tsp

Method

  • Mix oil and curd together.Sift the flour and baking powder.Now mix the dry and wet ingredients well together.
                                        
                                         
       
  • Grease a cake tin with oil and pour the batter .Tap gently and bake for 35 - 40 minutes in a pre heated oven at 180 C.Let it cool down slightly and then cut into pieces.

  • A very soft and moist cake.
  • If icing the cake add little less sugar or add little more as desired.
