Ingredients
Paneer - 250 g
Cumin Powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp
Dry Mango Powder - 1/4 tsp
Chaat Masala - 2 pinches
Coriander Leaves - few
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tbl sp
Method
- Cut paneer into bite sized cubes.Heat oil in a frying pan and shallow fry the paneer pieces till they are golden brown in all the sides.Sprinkle all the remaining ingredients and transfer to a plate and serve.
- Toss them gently to avoid crumbling.
- After frying the paneer cubes you can transfer to serving plate and then toss in the spices.This way spices won't stick to the pan.
