Paneer - 150 g
Wheat Flour - 1 & 1/2 cup
Salt - to taste
Oil - to deep fry
Method
- Grate the paneer and knead into a soft dough with wheat flour,salt and water.Make small balls,roll into puris and deep fry in hot oil.Serve with any gravy or side dish.

- Kneading paneer well with the flour will give soft and puffy puris.The moisture in the paneer will be enough to avoid sticking while rolling.If needed grease the ball with a drop of oil.
