Ingredients
Wheat Flour - 1&1/2 cup
Methi Leaves - 1 cup(tightly packed)
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - to deep fry
Method
- Take wheat flour in a mixing bowl.Add salt,cumin seeds and chopped methi leaves.Mix them all together and knead into a dough by adding required water.
- Make small balls and spread them with a rolling pin.Meanwhile heat oil in a kadai.Once the oil is hot fry the pooris and serve with any favourite side dish.

- These puris wont puff up as we are adding the leaves.
