Ingredients
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Ginger - 1"piece
Garlic - 3
Mixed Vegetables - 1 & 1/2 cup(carrot,beans,broccoli,cauliflower,potato)
Capsicum - quarter of each colour(or 1 whole of any colour)
Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
Cumin Powder - 2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 3/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 3/4 tsp
Cumin Seeds - to splutter
Salt - as needed
Oil - 2 tsp
Fresh Cream - 2 tblsp
Salt - as needed

Method
- Heat oil in a pan,splutter cumin seeds,add onion,little salt and saute for a while.Then add crushed ginger and garlic and fry them for a few minutes.
- Now add vegetables,tomato and saute for a about four minutes.Add the chopped tomatoes,coriander powder,cumin powder,chilli powder and salt.Give it a stir and then add capsicum.Sprinkle water,cover with a lid and cook for another five miutes.Switch off the flame once the veggies are done.Add fresh cream and transfer to serving bowl.Serve with chapathis.

- Capsicum can be sauteed separately and then added at the end.
