Ingredients
Carrot - 1/2 cup
Potato - 1/2 cup
Cauliflower - 1/2 cup
Bottle Gourd - 1/2 cup
Paneer - 1/2 cup
Milk - 2 & 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Cardamom - 2
Ghee - 2 tsp
Nuts - as desired
Method
- Peel carrot,potato and bottle gourd.Chop them as finely as possible.Place cauliflower florets in a bowl of warm water and then grate.Grate paneer.Boil milk in a pan.Then add the vegetables one by one.First add bottle gourd.After a few minutes add carrots followed by potato and cauliflower.
- Now the milk would have almost reduced and the veggies cooked up.Add sugar,cardamom powder and give it a mix.Then add grated paneer and give a final stir.Transfer to serving bowls and garnish with chopped nuts.
Little Words
- Vary the vegetables as desired.
- Add milk if all the milk is absorbed towards the end.
- Adjust the quantity of sugar as needed.
