Make small balls,roll them and cut into finger length strips.
Meanwhile heat oil in a pan for deep frying the strips.At the same time in a vessel add sugar and water just enough to wet sugar and prepare the sugar syrup to one thread consistency.Add lemon juice to avoid crystallisation of sugar.
Drop the strips into hot oil and fry till they are golden brown.Soak them in the sugar syrup for a minute and transfer them to a storage bowl.
