Bajjis are the most favourite snack for all ages and that too hot bajjis with a cup of hot coffee or tea on a rainy evening is divine.Try these chilli cheese fries with a crispy covering made of sooji and flour dough instead of bajji batter.

Ingredients
For the dough
Sooji/rawa - 1/4 cup
Plain Flour - 1/4 cup
Salt - to taste
For Stuffing
Long Chilli/Bajji Milagai - 10
Mozarella Cheese - 1/4 cup
Cheddar Cheese - 1/4 cup
Onion - 1/4 cup
Ginger Powder - 1/4 tsp
For Stuffing

Chat Masala - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to tasteOil - to deep fry
Method
- Mix rawa,plain flour and salt with little water and knead into a dough.
- In a bowl mix the cheese,ginger powder,salt and chat masala and set aside.
- Meanwhile heat oil in a kadai.Make a slit in the chilli and stuff with cheese mixture.
- Now make small balls from the dough.Spread this and place the stuffed chilli in this and cover it well.Prepare all of them and once the oil is hot deep fry them until golden and serve with tomato ketch up.

- Instead of ginger powder ,ginger paste can be used.
- If using bajji batter for the outer covering make sure that it is covered well else cheese will ooze out in oil.
