Ingredients
Vermicelli - 1/2 cup
Milk - 2 cups
Custard Powder - 1& 1/2 tblsp
Ghee - 1 tblsp
Nuts - as needed
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
Method
- Heat a pan and roast the vermicilli slightly and transfer to a plate.Now heat ghee in the sae pan and roast the nuts and transfer the nuts to a bowl.
- Reserve 1/4 th cup of milk and add remaining milk to the pan and bring it to boil.Then add the roasted semiya and let it cook.
- Now mix the cusatard powder with remaining milk smoothly without any lumps.Add this to the semiya.Add cardamom powder and sugar and give it a mix.Transfer to serving bowls and garnish with nuts.
